It is Olympus Construction's policy to provide services and products of the highest quality and in compliance with the specific requirements of our customers.

Olympus Construction was one of the first construction companies to be audited, approved and certified by an outside agency to BS EN ISO 9002:1994 standard. In June 2004 following our best ever audit we were awarded the new standard BS EN ISO 9001:2000.

We recognise that genuine commitment to understanding the present and future needs of our customers' is essential to the achievement of our policy objectives, and thus continually strive to ensure that the needs and reasonable expectations of our customers are realised in the quality of the service and products we provide.

We constantly monitor our performance on sites and produce Key Performance Indicators to identify and help implement improvements where appropriate.

We monitor and record our vehicle and workforce movements with GPS tracking systems. This enables us to respond to emergencies in the shortest time possible.
