Waste Management - We are registered waste
carriers and comply fully with the Environment Agency
requirements. We carry out building clearances and
disposal of confidential waste in addition to disposal
of normal building waste.
Recycling - Wherever
possible we will ensure that the re-use of material
waste is taken into account, or passed onto a company
that recycles products such as stone, hardcore, metals,
paper etc. Most major commercial customers have already
adopted a recycling policy and work with them to improve
effectiveness of our joint
policies.
Transport - By utilising an
efficient network of conveniently based skilled work
force, we try to minimise the need for long distance
travel which is commonly associated with coverage of the
South and West. All vehicles are maintained to the
highest standard possible to ensure that time
is not lost through breakdowns, but also to ensure
maximum fuel efficiency and minimum harmful emissions.
Hazardous Materials - In
conjunction with our obligations under Health and
Safety, we try wherever possible to use products that
minimise pollution and harmful waste e.g. reducing the
number of products containing solvents that are damaging
to the health of our personnel and the public alike.
